FLORISTA is a contemporary floral design studio creating artful, installation-led florals for modern weddings and events across the UK and Europe.

Floristry has been part of Lucy’s family for generations. As founder of FLORISTA, she was raised between her grandmother’s garden and her mother’s seasonal planting, where an early fascination with flowers quickly became something more, an enduring obsession with understanding individual varieties, how they move, how they hold space, and how they shape atmosphere.

That curiosity continues to guide the studio today.

Every stem is selected with intention. Individual flower varieties are valued not simply for colour, but for their character, movement and narrative role within a design. The studio’s visual work, including its Instagram presence, reflects this focus and celebrates each flower’s individuality and the way it contributes to the overall composition.

Designs move fluidly between delicate romance and sculptural structure, intimacy and scale, balancing softness and structure with intention.
